公司提供近半年包括实习在内的完善的培训计划,包括理论学习与岗位实习,项目实践、教练辅导等,致力于培养维保技术员成为电梯维修的技术管理人才。

Our company provides Trainee a comprehensive training program for 0.5 year, including theory training, job practices, and field practices and coaching to develop the Service Technician into the technical management talent on maintenance.


维保技术工程人员Service Technician

目标对象 Trainee Target

a) 2015年全日制应届大学专科或高职类毕业生

Junior College or Higher Vocational School to be graduated in 2015

b) 机械工程、自动化、电气工程等相关专业

Major in Mechanism, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related.

c) 出色的学习能力,能够在压力下工作

Strong learning ability and willing to work under pressure

d) 出色的沟通能力、人际交往能力以及解决问题的能力

Good interpersonal skills and communication ability and strong problem-solving skills

e) 具备良好的团队精神,乐于分享

Team spirits and willing to learn and share experience with team members

f) 自我激励,诚信正直,性格开朗,容易相处

Open, self-motivated and self started, integrity, honesty, easygoing and pleasant personality

g) 出色的英语口头表达和书面能力更佳

Good command of both oral and written in English is preferred

ThyssenKrupp Elevator is ready to expand its Chinese market,setting two elevator and escalator factories in Zhongshan, Guangdong and Songjiang, Shanghai, China, separately in 1995 and 1999. At present, the company owns more than 50 branches and 2 plants, over 6000 professional employees with the expanding trend. In 2008, ThyssenKrupp Elevator set down the permanent Training Center-Asia Pacific Training Center-SEED Campus, in Songjiang Shanghai, in order to provide the systematic training for staff and management board.
